Introduction and Acceptance

jetbus is an online betting and casino platform operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of all jetbus services. They form a legal agreement between the user and jetbus.

By accessing the site, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have fully accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using any service on the jetbus platform.

These Terms are available in both Bengali and English. In the event of any ambiguity, the Bengali version shall be considered authoritative.

Account Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

Creating a personal account is mandatory to use any jetbus service. All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Providing false or misleading information will result in account cancellation and any balance may be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts by the same person, the same household, the same IP address, or the same device is strictly prohibited. In suspicious cases, jetbus is able to investigate all associated accounts and take appropriate action.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

jetbus may at any time request a copy of a national ID card, birth registration certificate, or passport for identity verification. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete. Failure to provide the required documents in time may result in account restrictions.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your username and password confidential. Renting or allowing third parties to use your account is prohibited. Any unauthorised access to your account must be reported to jetbus support immediately.

Eligibility and Age Verification

To use jetbus services, you must be 21 years of age or older. Minors are not permitted to use this platform under any circumstances.

• Your actual date of birth must be provided at registration.
• If a member is found to be under 21 years of age, the account will be closed immediately and the balance may be forfeited.
• Creating an account on behalf of a minor by any party is strictly punishable.
• Proof of age must be submitted at any time upon request by jetbus.

If a user outside Bangladesh wishes to access the service, it is their own responsibility to comply with the laws of that country. jetbus reserves the right to restrict or suspend services in specific regions.

Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

jetbus currently accepts bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay for deposits. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are generally processed quickly. Please keep a record of successful transaction receipts.

4.2 Withdrawals

bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay can also be used for withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals generally take 10 to 45 minutes to process. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended while a security check or KYC process is ongoing.

4.3 Third-Party Payments

Transactions from the account holder's own mobile number are recommended. Deposits made from another person's number or account may require verification and the related transaction may be placed on hold.

4.4 Fraudulent Transactions

If any chargeback, counterfeit payment, or fraudulent transaction is detected, the associated account will be closed immediately and the balance forfeited. Legal action may also be taken in such cases.

Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

jetbus offers new members a 200% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳10,000. For example, a deposit of ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. To withdraw this bonus, a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount must be completed — meaning a total of ৳30,000 must be wagered for a ৳2,000 bonus.

5.2 Bonus Usage Conditions

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions, which are stated in the offer details.
• A bonus is applicable only once per account.
• There may be restrictions on which games or betting categories bonus funds can be used on.
• Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been completed.
• If bonus abuse is found, the bonus and related winnings will be voided.

5.3 VIP Cashback

jetbus's VIP programme has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is paid at set rates on each week's net losses — up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.7% at Silver, and up to 1.0% at Gold. For example, if a Silver member's weekly net loss is ৳20,000, the cashback will be ৳140.

Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Policy

All bets placed on jetbus are considered final. jetbus reserves the right to void bets that were clearly accepted at incorrect odds due to a technical error. Once a bet is confirmed, the user cannot cancel it themselves.

6.2 Sports Betting

Results for cricket, football, and other sports will be determined according to the announcement of the relevant governing body. If a match is abandoned or left incomplete, bets will be settled in accordance with jetbus's standard policy.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology operated by approved software providers. Game outcomes are in no way predetermined or controllable. In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final.

6.4 Prohibited Activities

• Placing bets using bots or automated software is prohibited.
• Participating in any form of manipulation, match fixing, or organised fraud is strictly prohibited.
• If suspicious betting patterns are detected, jetbus will investigate and may withhold winnings as necessary.

• At an account holder's request, jetbus can suspend the account permanently or for a set period.
• Assisting anyone under 21 years of age to create or operate an account is prohibited.

Account Suspension and Closure

9.1 At the User's Request

Any member may request to close their own account. The process will be completed provided there are no pending bets or withdrawals on the account at the time of the request.

9.2 Suspension by jetbus

jetbus may suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Providing false information or identity fraud.
• Operating multiple accounts or misusing bonuses.
• Betting manipulation, match fixing, or organised fraud.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Being confirmed as a minor.

If an account is closed for a valid reason, the associated balance will be forfeited. Whether any legitimate balance remaining is returned will depend on the outcome of the investigation.

Dispute Resolution

Any objection regarding a bet or transaction must be submitted in writing to jetbus support within 7 days of the incident. Claims raised after this deadline will not be considered.

jetbus's customer support team will review the matter first. If you are not satisfied with the support team's decision, the matter may be escalated to senior management. Their decision will be considered final and binding.

During the dispute resolution process, the related balance or winnings may be temporarily suspended. jetbus retains logs of all games and transactions, which will serve as authoritative evidence in disputes.

Limitation of Liability

jetbus makes every effort to provide its services without interruption. However, jetbus will not accept liability in the following cases:

• If a bet is lost due to an internet connection failure or a device-related issue.
• If a delay occurs due to a technical fault with third-party software or a payment provider.
• If the service is temporarily unavailable due to an unexpected server outage or maintenance.
• For any loss arising from a user's failure to maintain the security of their own account.
• External causes (natural disasters, government directives) that are beyond jetbus's control.

jetbus's maximum liability shall in no circumstances exceed the amount of the original stake used in the relevant bet.

Changes to Terms

jetbus reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. In the case of significant changes, members will be notified through their registered contact details.

Updated terms and conditions take effect from the date they are published on this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
